We are absolutely delighted to introduce Shani to our BMOT team. Shani is a wonderful Physiotherapist with years of NHS experience supporting both adults and children. She brings not only her clinical expertise, but also a caring, down-to-earth approach that aligns so perfectly with our values at BMOT.
She’ll be joining us on a part-time basis, and we know she’ll make such a positive difference to the people we work with. Beverley worked with Shani in the NHS within Paediatrics a few years ago and she’s delighted to have the chance to work with her again. Her focus is on helping individuals and families achieve their goals after illness or injury, supporting them to regain independence and quality of life in ways that go beyond the scope of standard NHS provision.
Building BMOT has always been about surrounding ourselves with people who truly care, and Shani is exactly that. We feel so lucky to welcome her into the team. 💙💚
